Storage & Packaging
We work with the logistics service provider BRANDS Logistics, which specializes in clothing. This relies on fully digitalized processes and sustainable shipping, for example through the use of size-adjusted packaging.
We rely on sustainable and plastic-free packaging when it comes to production and storage: reusable boxes for our new Merino collection, shipping bags for jackets or boxes that do not require any additional outer packaging.
We send all packages plastic-free and climate-neutral with DHL GO GREEN (Germany).
Availability & Pre-Order
You can find a selection of our products in some stores in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Click here for the overview list of stores
Our products are not purely seasonal items with the aim of long-term availability. If an item is sold out, you can simply add your email address to the “back-in-stock list” and you will be automatically notified as soon as the product is available again. Thanks to our long-standing partnerships, we have very short production cycles.
Items in stock at the time of ordering will be delivered as usual. The usual shipping conditions and delivery times apply.

Unfortunately, we do not accept payment in advance or on account.
We deliberately avoid regular discounts in order to ensure fair prices for all customers, promote equal treatment, build long-term customer relationships and use occasional special promotions in a targeted manner.
However, you can save up to 20% with our pre-orders.
In our shop under VOUCHER you can buy vouchers in different values. You will receive an email with a PDF to print or forward. The PDF contains a code that can be redeemed during checkout in our webshop.

Order & Shipping
We are pleased to be able to offer you worldwide shipping around the globe. We offer free standard shipping for all orders within Germany with an order value of 100 euros or more.
Germany Up to 99 euros = €4.90 (DHL) and from 100 euros = free shipping (DHL)
Europe Up to 5.0 kg = €14.90 (UPS)
Rest of the world Up to 5.0 kg = €39.90 (DHL)
Shipping to a packing station is possible. Enter your postal number in the “Additional address” field and the packing station in the “Street” field.
The shipping time within Germany is 1-3 working days.
If you would like your order to be shipped the same day, it must be received by 12:00 EU time.
There can always be delays with the parcel service. If you have not received your order within 3 business days, please contact our customer service at service@jeckybeng.com
Exchange & Returns
For environmental reasons, we currently do not offer free returns.
If you are unsure about choosing your size and cannot come to us, simply use our size advice.
This is based on many customer experiences and gives you a good overview of the right fit. In this way, we can work together to avoid unnecessary returns and returns - for the sake of the environment.
If things don't work out between you and the new item of clothing, you can send it back to us within 14 days of the purchase date. Here you will find all the important information .
It is important that you return the items to us in the original packaging and ensure that the products are in the same condition as you received them (unworn, unwashed and with original tags).
Please use the enclosed return slip for your return (charges apply). It is important for us to know what the reason for the return was. Please use the selection options on the return slip.

As soon as we have received your return and checked and approved by our fulfillment partner, a credit will be issued within 7 days in the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email from us as soon as the return has been processed.

Together with the Taiwanese fabric expert HERMIN, we launched The Natural Laboratory project . The project deals with the science of bionics to transfer natural features and phenomena to textile surfaces, with a focus on renewable raw materials such as cotton, wool, linen and cellulose and palm fiber. The aim is to highlight the natural properties of these materials and combine them with the latest weaving, yarn and finishing technologies. The resulting materials are a natural alternative to modern synthetic materials and are manufactured in harmony with nature.

Since autumn 2021 we have come up with a modular feature for you - the CONNEC2 system. With this zipper system you can easily connect different items of clothing together. This means you can transform The JACKET or The LADIES COAT into a winter jacket by simply zipping The NATURAL WOOL FLEECE into it. The Natural Softshell and The Hood are also equipped with the CONNEC2 system.

Service & Contact
For better orientation, we have created a size table. The size chart is located under the "Add to Cart" button.
So that you can enjoy your JECKYBENG products for as long as possible, we offer you a lifelong repair service . This way you avoid unnecessary new purchases and have your favorite items for longer. The respective cause of the damage or wear naturally influences the cost of the repair. In the event of massive damage (e.g. a tear in a seam, etc.) up to one year after purchasing the product, we will cover the repair costs. If the wear and tear is long-term, the customer usually bears the costs.
Unfortunately, cancellation is usually no longer possible as we process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
The package is usually already on its way to you. You can of course refuse to accept the package or you can use the return documents in the package to return it. Once your return has been processed, the invoice amount will be refunded within 7 days.
