We at JECKYBENG always dreamed of distilling our own schnapps. With Philipp’s orchard situated so close to Nuremberg the dream finally came true. The plums were harvested in late September. After pulping 180Kg of beautiful Frankonian plums we could start the mash. After a six week wait the fermented liquid was expertly distilled in the nearby Blaufelder Brennerei. The result, a schnapps we really proud of!
